He's getting bigger.

2 months old, 12 lbs 10oz, and getting handsomer by the minute.

We love them!

Great Aunt Marcia, handmade the kids these wonderful slippers. The kids love them, Karlie's is princess and her favorite color pink, Nathan's is Thomas the Train, and Gavin's are the light blue(which he has been wearing to church)
Thank you, Thank you Marcia, what a great gift.

Jealously

Gavin is growing up so fast, he now is 9 weeks old and stays awake most of the day. He can hit his toys that hang down from the bouncy sit. He smiles alot too.
But now that he's awake more, jealously has hit our house. Karlie is doing well, but little Nathan hates/loves him. This sunday at church was the start of it, J.R. has been working Sundays, so I have to take all three to church by myself. So that means Gavin has lap privileges. Nathan started kicking him, to move off. Then at the library he brings me a book, DARCEY DON'T LIKE BABIES, I don't know how he picked it out or read the title. But he makes me read it to him three times a day. He also saids he wants the baby to go back into my tummy all day long. Poor kid, I even try hard to spend quality time just with him. But most of the time Gavin is still present. Oh, I hope he feels loved soon.

Blessing

8 weeks old and we finally got around to blessing him. The Blessing went well, he was a great baby, quiet and happy. Karlie on the other hand, woke up on the wrong side of the bed and wasn't her happy self.

Grandpa Comes to Visit!

We loved Grandpa coming to visit. My kids had so much fun with him, they were very sad to see him leave, they love him so much, Nathan is still sad.
While he was here we went bowling. The kids did great, though their bowling ball took forever.... to make it to the pins. It took 2 hours for one game.

A little snow

We got a little snow in November, but it only lasted for a couple of hours.
This is the kids only taste of snow far. It's now Jan. and yesterday it was 50 degrees and we have green grass. We actually rode our bikes to the park yesterday and had a blast. But I do hope we get a little bit of snow. I would love to take my kids sledding. Can't complain though, I do love winters here.

Happy Birthday J.R.

I'm late getting this posted.
But we did have a blasted celebrating J.R.'s Birthday in November.

We decided to do something different this year, I usually bake him a pie, since he hates cake. But I thought it would be fun to try something new, so the kids enjoyed him reading them, a story about a gingerbread cowboy. So we made and decorated ginger bread cowboys for his birthday.
